1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing or using the ji777 platform in any way — including creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a game or claiming a promotion — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them.

4 Deposits and Payments

All deposits on ji777 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit amount and any applicable processing times vary by payment method and are displayed on the Deposit page.

Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your ji777 balance instantly upon successful transfer confirmation. Raast and bank transfer deposits may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing times. If a deposit is not credited within the expected timeframe, you should contact ji777 support with the transaction reference from your payment provider.

You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts — accounts registered to someone other than the ji777 account holder — are not accepted. Any deposit identified as coming from a third-party source may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

• Do not attempt to deposit funds using a payment method that has been reported lost or stolen.
• Do not use credit facilities, loans or borrowed funds to deposit on ji777.
• Failed deposit attempts due to insufficient funds or incorrect details will not be credited to your account.
• ji777 does not accept cash deposits or deposits by cheque.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. ji777 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing a withdrawal.

Withdrawal requests are processed during standard operating hours. Processing times vary by payment method — JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically the fastest, while bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Any active bonus funds with an incomplete wagering requirement are not withdrawable until the requirement is met.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is stated on the Withdrawal page and may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name — the same name on your ji777 account.
• ji777 reserves the right to apply additional security checks on withdrawal requests that appear unusual in size or frequency.

If you have received a deposit bonus, the bonus terms will specify any withdrawal restrictions that apply during the wagering period. Once wagering requirements are fully met, the resulting real-money balance is withdrawable through the standard process with no additional conditions.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

ji777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers including deposit match bonuses, free Bingo tickets, free spins on selected Slots and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the terms stated in the relevant promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out here.

General bonus conditions that apply across all ji777 promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonus expiry: All bonuses have a validity period. If the wagering requirement is not completed within this period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active on your account at a time unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category is stated in the bonus terms. Bets placed on games with 0% contribution do not count towards completing a wagering requirement.
• Bonus abuse: Any attempt to abuse bonus terms — including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed specifically to clear wagering requirements without genuine game play — will result in the bonus being voided and may result in account closure.
• ji777 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to players who have already claimed the relevant offer.

7 Gaming Rules

All games available on ji777 — including Sports Betting, Live Casino, Slots and Bingo — are governed by their individual game rules in addition to these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions take precedence.

For Sports Betting, bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant event. In the event of a dispute about a sporting result, ji777 will refer to official sources for the sport in question. For Cricket — including PSL matches, T20 internationals and other fixtures — results from the relevant cricket board or governing body are used as the definitive source.

For Live Casino games, the dealer's actions and game outcomes as recorded by the platform's system are final. In the event of a technical disruption during a live game, the round may be voided and bets returned to players' accounts. Any dispute about a Live Casino outcome must be raised with support within 48 hours of the event.

For Bingo, each room operates under the rules stated in that room's description. Ball draws are conducted by a certified random number generator. For Slots, the return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is displayed in the game information panel.

• Bets once confirmed cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and are displayed in the game interface.
• ji777 reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has started where a technical error allowed such bets to be accepted.
• Winnings from voided bets are not payable; the original stake is returned to the player's account.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ji777. Any account found to be involved in prohibited activity will be suspended immediately and the matter reviewed. Funds in a suspended account will be held pending investigation and may be forfeited where a breach is confirmed.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or verification, using stolen payment credentials, or any form of financial fraud in connection with your account.
• Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonus offers through multi-accounting, coordinated play between related accounts, or artificial wagering patterns designed to clear requirements without genuine game play.
• Automated tools: Use of bots, scripts, betting algorithms or any automated software to interact with the ji777 platform in place of genuine human play.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in Casino or Poker-style games to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Money laundering: Using ji777 for any purpose connected to money laundering, illegal fund transfers or any financial activity that violates applicable law.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified payment dispute or chargeback with your payment provider in relation to a ji777 deposit. Any account subject to a chargeback claim will be suspended until the matter is resolved.
• Unauthorised access: Attempting to access another player's account, reverse-engineer platform features or interfere with the platform's technical operation in any way.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

ji777 may suspend or close an account in any of the following circumstances:

• A breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions is identified or suspected.

• The account has been inactive for an extended period and carries a zero balance.

Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach of these terms — such as a player-initiated closure — any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player through their registered payment method after any required checks are completed.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach, ji777 reserves the right to retain the account balance where it is connected to the breach — for example, funds derived from fraudulent deposits or bonus abuse. This will be communicated to the account holder in writing.
